Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within same business day Monday to Friday.
Steady Eddie ships ‘Priority’ via Canada Post for all North American orders. Pending local mail service, your package could arrive on weekends. Shipments within Canada are parcel tracked and the tracking number can be made available if requested.
All shipments within Canada can be expected within 5 business days
Ontario orders you can usually expect your shipment in 2 business days
For International orders Steady Eddie will advise in advance of the shipping charges and will also communicate an expected delivery date prior to shipping the product.
Any unforeseen delays will be communicated immediately through email provided. It is important that the customer note any abnormalities in regards to a shipping address, i.e. do not deliver prior to 9am, or using the exact postal code which is provided by Canada Post.
Any customs or duties fees charged for International customers are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns Policy
Steady Eddie will gladly accept returns so long as the order being returned is 100% complete i.e. if 100 Steady Eddies were ordered all 100 Steady Eddies must be returned. We will not accept partial returns.
Returns or a notice to Steady Eddie that an order will be returned must be made within 10 business days of receiving the shipment, this can be done by emailing or calling Steady Eddie directly. Full refund to the original tender type will be processed upon receiving the product back to our headquarters in Beamsville Ontario, the responsibility for the shipping lies with the customer.
There are no returns or refunds for Ultimate cloth purchases.
